Our windsocks are manufactured to standard aviation sizes.

Windsock sizes range from 200mm to 900mm and can be custom made to order. They are made from a PU coated polyester fabric that has been reinforced and double stitched for extra durability with non-corrosive eyelets. Windsocks are available in various colours ranging from, day glow orange, red, blue, white, two-tone options and Corporate branded colours.

The hardware that we provide has been designed with durability and ease of use in mind. The windsock rings are manufactured from stainless steel and attach to the galvanised pole by a self-lubricating polymer bush. The pole is attached to either a galvanised base plate or wall mount bracket, depending on your requirements. The structure has been designed to pivot to enable the sock to be changed with ease. The sock is attached to the ring by either lacing it up with rope or a sewn in ring, attaching to the pole with a carabiner clip.

Windsock sizes are based on the diameter of the large opening (throat) and the overall length of the windsock. Measuring the length is easy, just measure from one end to the other (throat to apex). When measuring the throat diameter, if you have windsock hardware already, simply measure the diameter of the ring. However, measuring the diameter of the windsock can be tricky if all you have is the windsock and no windsock hardware holding it open.
